Scheduling media in Kaltura's video portal allows you to control when your content becomes viewable to your audience.

You can interact with your community by adding comments to media entries, replying to existing comments, and deleting your own comments.

Media owners can add other users as collaborators so they can view, edit, or publish the media.

Media owners can add metadata (such as name, description, and tags) in different languages for their media via the Languages tab of the edit page.

The recycle bin lets you delete media entries with the option to restore them later.

You can replace video entries while keeping the entry’s metadata, URL, and analytics intact.

Deleted an item by mistake? You can restore it from the Recycle Bin without contacting your administrator.

Although the items in the recycle bin are automatically deleted after a specified number of days, an item can also be permanently deleted manually by the media owner.

Due to caching constraints, a media entry may appear in the search results for example but may not appear in the My Media page.
