Media owners can add metadata (such as name, description, and tags) in different languages for their media via the Languages tab of the edit page.

This helps present media details to viewers in their preferred language.

Add a language

1. Access the edit page.
2. Click on the Languages tab. 

   

3. On the 'Languages' page, click the Enable languages button.



The 'Set your default language' window opens.



4. Select a language from the Language drop-down list.

The first language you add is automatically set as the default, so the Set default language checkbox is unavailable at this stage.

5. Click Save.



The language is now set for the media metadata.

Add additional languages

• Click + Add Language and repeat the steps above for the additional language.
• When adding additional languages, the Set default language checkbox is available, so you can change the default language if needed.

Edit an existing language

• Click the edit (pencil) icon to the right of the language, edit the details in the chosen language, then click Save. 

Delete a language

• Click the delete (X) icon to the right of the language.

Links to the Languages tab are also available from the Details tab to help you prepare your media metadata.
