Schedule and manage recordings

Lecture Capture scheduling lets you create recording events in a calendar.

You can start a scheduled recording up to 10 minutes before its scheduled start time if there are no scheduling conflicts.

You can stop a scheduled Lecture Capture recording before its scheduled end time.

You can schedule a session recording with Lecture Capture from your calendar.

You can view the recording schedule for your classroom from the Lecture Capture application

You can set a Lecture Capture session to repeat daily, weekly, or monthly.

Ten minutes before a scheduled session ends, Lecture Capture offers you the option to extend the recording in five-minute increments.

Lecture Capture supports manual and scheduled recordings.

You can edit the schedule, recording details, and resources for a Lecture Capture session.

You can delete a one-time Lecture Capture session, one occurrence of a recurring session, or an entire recurring series from your calendar.
