Agents module

About

The Agents module lets administrators define which agentic workflows are available on the site, and control which users or groups can manage them.

Once configured, eligible editors, such as channel owners, gallery owners, and LMS media gallery managers, can assign or remove agentic workflows from the Agents tab on the edit page.

Configure

1. Go to your Configuration Management console and click on the Agents module. You can also navigate to it directly using a link: https://{your_site_URL}/admin/config/tab/agents.

The Agents page displays.

2. Configure the following:

enable - Set to 'Yes' to enable the module.

agentID - Select the agentic workflow you want to make available.

Agentic workflows must be created in the Rich Media CMS before they can be made available in the Agents module. For more information, see Create an agentic workflow.

Next select the users who are allowed to access the Agents tab in the edit page as follows:

  1. Click +Add "allowedUsers".
  2. An additional field displays.

  3. Click Select users / groups.
  4. To learn how to create and manage user groups, visit our article Manage groups in the Configuration Management console.

  5. Enter the users or groups that can manage the agentic workflow.
  6. Click Submit.

If you leave allowedUsers empty, any user or group with permission to edit the channel, gallery, or media gallery can manage agentic workflows.

Repeat these steps for each additional agentic workflow you want to make available. Each workflow can have its own list of allowed users and groups.

To remove a user / group, click the Delete button.

3. Click Save.
