Users can subscribe to channels to receive email notifications when new content is added.
Channel managers can enable subscriptions on their channels so viewers can stay up to date with the latest media.

- This feature requires the following to be enabled:
- Channelsubscriptionmodule
- Emailnotifications module - Make sure the Entry was added to channel notification is enabled. The email message sent for this notification can be customized.
- Channel managers must also enable subscriptions on the Subscribers tab of the Edit Channel page. See our article Create a channel for information.
- Subscribing to a channel does not grant access to the channel's content.
Subscribe to a channel
You can subscribe to a channel from the Channels page or from within a channel.
Subscribe from the Channels page
- Select My Channels from the user menu.
- Click the Subscribe button on the desired channel.
The 'Channels' page opens.
You are subscribed to the channel and will receive notifications when new content is added.
Subscribe from within a channel
- Open the desired channel.
- Click Subscribe on the channel's main page.
You are subscribed to the channel and will receive notifications when new content is added.
See channels you're subscribed to
- Select My Channels from the user menu.
- At the top of the page, click the filters drop-down menu and select Subscribed.
The 'Channels' page opens.
The channels that you're subscribed to display.
Unsubscribe from a channel
- Go to the desired channel.
- Click the Unsubscribe button.
A confirmation message displays stating that you have been unsubscribed.
