This article explains how to order audio description (AD) for one or more VOD entries in the Rich Media CMS.
Audio description adds spoken narration of important visual information during natural pauses in the video, making the content more accessible to viewers with vision impairments.

Media must be at least 10 seconds long for audio description processing.
Order for a single video
- Log into your Rich Media CMS. The Entries page displays by default.
- Locate the desired entry, click the three dots to the right and select Audio descriptions.
The AD & EAD panel opens.
Click + Select a service and select Audio Description.
The Order Audio Description screen displays.
