Audio description (AD) (also called standard audio description) is a pre-recorded audio track that includes spoken or computer-generated narration of visual details, where the narration occurs during natural pauses.

Media must be at least 10 seconds long for audio description processing.
Order for a single video
- Log into your Rich Media CMS. The Entries page displays by default.
- Locate the desired entry, click the three dots to the right and select Audio descriptions.
The AD & EAD panel opens.
Click + Select a service and select Audio Description.
The Order Audio Description screen displays.
