For customers without an active VCMS contract with Kaltura, the package includes 10 TB of storage and bandwidth. Any storage or bandwidth usage beyond this allowance is billed per additional GB.

Agents can be selected from available faces and voices, with support for custom creation via image upload and voice sampling.

Agent outputs are automatically generated by AI and may contain errors. Responsibility for validation and usage of generated content rests exclusively with the Licensee.

Scope:

• Only file objects are encrypted (video, attachments, captions, custom data, etc).
• DB records are not in scope.
• The feature is applied for new content only, meaning for content created from time of setup. Migration of existing content (encrypting existing content) is not in scope.

For customers managing their own key, prerequisites, definitions, and setup instructions will be provided by Kaltura.

Authenticated Users variation: Unlimited number of interactive video projects. The total number of users authorized to create interactive video projects ("Creators") is specified in the quantity field of the applicable product line item. Creator licenses and logins are personal and cannot be transferred, shared, or otherwise used by more than one individual.

Project variation: The package includes the number of concurrent projects reflected in the quantity entry accompanying the product line item above. A "project" is a single interactive video.

Unlimited Projects variation: Unlimited number of projects and creator licenses, subject to the total number of authenticated users included in Licensee's KMS subscription.

The license includes: Cloud Transcoding, Live DVR, Local ingest point, packaging, CDN tokenization, 1+1 Redundancy.

For SD/HD+ variations:
Extra-Large Event Service
Live events/sessions for up to 25,000 participants (Ireland/Frankfurt) and 50,000 participants (US cloud).

If such capacity is exceeded without timely purchase of an additional Extra-Large Event Service package, Kaltura makes no SLA or support commitments, and Licensee assumes all risk of failure, degradation, delay, or error, including without limitation any inability of end users to join, view, or participate in the session. Kaltura may limit or terminate the session if the above capacity is exceeded.

KES (Kaltura Edge Server) provides Live and VOD content caching and delivery within the corporate network. KES provides the following capabilities:

• Failover – support KES redundancy.
• Stream splitting – ensuring there's only one connection over WAN to get video from the source, while serving multiple clients over the LAN.
• Prepositioning & pre-fetch of VOD content expected to be highly popular during network idle time.
• Bandwidth throttling and compliance with QoS.

Deliverables:

• Overview of the installation and configuration process for the Kaltura Extension for Microsoft Teams.
• Setup of Kaltura Application Framework (KAF) endpoints for up to two (2) Kaltura accounts. These accounts are assumed to be the customer's test and production environments.
• Configuration the KAF endpoint based on the customer's Microsoft Office configuration.
• Assistance in locating, installing, and activating the Kaltura Video application in the Microsoft Teams "App Store".

Prerequisites:

• The customer's Kaltura KMC account(s) must activated and configured prior to initiating the work.

Limitations:

• Customer's Administrator will complete the Kaltura Extension for Microsoft Teams installation and configuration with guidance from Kaltura.
• Customer should provide approval of project completion based on above deliverables.

KMS provides the end user facing experience, optimized for discovery, playback, and engagement. KMS Admin gives administrators full control over portal configuration, layout, branding, and feature availability, allowing the portal to evolve as needs grow.

Video Portal VOD only is designed to integrate seamlessly into existing digital ecosystems. Integrations, extensions, and advanced capabilities such as live streaming, interactivity, or AI powered services can be added separately, allowing customers to start with VOD and expand over time.

Live Session Assistant: Provides real-time insights into audience engagement and recommends immediate actions—such as launching a poll, sending a timely notification, or activating interactive tools—to keep participants focused and involved.

Sentiment Analysis: Tracks audience mood and energy levels throughout the session, offering valuable insights for real-time adjustments and post-event evaluation.

Email Generator: Quickly generates personalized follow-up emails based on session data, saving time while improving communication relevance and impact.

Credits must be purchased via Kaltura's REACH credits to use the AI Events Bundle. AI Events Bundle uses AI technology based on AWS Bedrock.

Marketo: Provides setup, configuration, and testing of a Marketo integration operating at the PID level and supporting a single Marketo program per event.

Salesforce: Provides setup, configuration, and testing of a Salesforce integration operating at the PID level and supporting a single Salesforce campaign per event, including synchronization of registrant, attendee, and engagement data.

Webhook: Provides configuration of webhook-based registration flows or invite-based registration workflows, including field mappings, registration setup, QA, testing support, and related registration configuration services.

Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics: Provides analytics integration setup, testing, configuration assistance, and support for deployment of required tracking code.

Unless otherwise specified, integrations include standard out-of-the-box functionality only and do not include custom development.

This Kaltura Event SLA applies only for the duration of the Event Experience, which shall be determined by the start and end dates specified on the event agenda. During registration period, support will be provided per customer standard SLA.

All other support for issues relating to the Event Experience shall be addressed based on the customers support packages.

Note: Minimum service notice is 4 weeks before service start date.

The service will include up to 8 hours.

This Kaltura Event SLA applies only for the duration of the Event Experience, which shall be determined by the start and end dates specified on the event agenda. During registration period, support will be provided per customer standard SLA.

All other support for issues relating to the Event Experience shall be addressed based on the customers support packages.

A Kaltura Professional Services engineer will configure your video delivery to add URL tokens to CDN links. Delivery methods that do not support tokens and CDN access without a valid token will be blocked. Optionally AES encryption can be added to the supported delivery protocols (HLS). This service is applicable for Live and VOD.

Deliverables include:

• Determine customer requirements.
• Recommendation for adding application level access control profile.
• Delivery profiles configuration. - Coordinating a maintenance window.
• Executing the required configuration changes on Kaltura's end.

Limitations:

• This service is applicable only for accounts using Kaltura's house account CDN. Customers using their own CDN, and / or remote storage will require a specific effort estimate.
• Default token duration is 24 hours.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Customer will provide a contact person, to help coordinate the required efforts on the customer's end.
• Some Access control as well as delivery protocol restriction may require changes on the customer's front end. The customer shell be responsible to implement those changes on his side.

Our team works with your administrators to ensure Content Lab is enabled correctly, associated AI services and credits are applied, and your team understands core capabilities and recommended usage patterns.

Limitations:

• It may be determined that Kaltura's capabilities or the 3rd party system's capabilities are insufficient to provide the functionality desired by the client.

• No Kaltura features or products are included in the service, except the time and expertise of Kaltura staff.
• No user interface design work is included, except for any configuration screens required to configure the final integration."

Assessment - Week 1: Kaltura reviews a series of questions such as "What are you doing today?", "What are your current pain points?", and "Where do you see value?" We strategize and prioritize these questions to establish a level of importance and gain a better understanding of the customer's current pain points.

Configuration Review - Weeks 2-3: Kaltura reviews the current configuration, including installed KMS custom modules, to ensure optimal configuration and awareness of the latest feature releases and we will collaborate on how to leverage the platform to best support workflow requirements including helping change baseline application settings.

We provide recommendations based on your needs and can suggest additional modules if necessary. We also share best practices and how other similar customers are using our products and features.

Recommendations - Weeks 4-5: Kaltura will document and review its recommendations based on the assessment and configuration review. This includes any baseline setting changes and additional suggestions on how to improve your current setup, how Kaltura can help you get there, and how you can achieve your desired goals.

Please note that Kaltura's Health Assessment is limited to 5 consecutive weeks and does not include reviewing support tickets, road map sessions, additional custom modules, or developing any feature requests.

KSS provides the following capabilities:

Live stream real-time transcoding & packaging: ingesting a single source RTMP and outputting multiple transcoded HLS streams to support adaptive bitrate streaming (ABR).

Record live streams into a VOD asset, supporting seamless transition from Live to VOD without changing the embedded player configuration.

Note that the Kaltura Streaming Server usually resides in the Kaltura SaaS, unless the network/security considerations require maintaining the live stream inside the customer's datacentre (for example, for secure streams that should never go to the external world).

Publishing & Visibility Context: Contains information based on visibility to students as well as fundamental engagement metrics.

Actionable Insights: Institutions can use the report to identify entries that may need improved captions, audio descriptions, or both for legacy and ongoing content. While the report does not automate bulk remediation, it supports strategic planning and budgeting for accessibility services.

Supporting tasks for this service are as follows:

• Professional Services will enable uDRM on the customer's Kaltura account
• Professional Services will create uDRM-enabled Access Control profiles based on customer's relevant access control profiles, as defined by the customer.
• Professional Services will provide support in creating a uDRM enabled player instance
• Ensure the DRM is working for the client's account testing an entry with the newly added profile should be quickly verified in main supported browsers.

Limitations:

• uDRM solution is limited to the following devices: - Desktop Web - Apple iOS devices with Fairplay (as of Q2/16) - Android Devices with Widevine modular (as of Q2/16) - Any additional devices not listed above will require additional Professional Services to be scoped separately from this offering.
• Mobile web playback is not considered in scope of Kaltura's uDRM solution.
• uDRM is not compatible with remote storage setup
• uDRM is not compatible with live streaming setup
• Widevine Classic may be used for native but will impose duplication of assets and respective storage costs.
• Firefox, Safari and older versions IE use Silverlight plugin which may need to be installed and have browser activation notifications on first time used.

Customer responsibilities:

• Work with Professional Services to prepare relevant Access Control profiles.
• If customer would like to utilize mobile support, it is the customer's responsibility to develop an app with Kaltura's SDK.

A Kaltura consultant will provide services as outlined in mutually agreed upon project requirements document. Any change request will be handled in accordance with Kaltura's change management policy.

Limitations:

• Specific customizations and projects will require a separate contract.
• No rollover of hours from year to year.

A Kaltura Project Manager will provide Project Management services on an hourly basis per the terms of this contract.

Services to be performed to be mutually agreed upon by Kaltura and the Customer.

Licensee has the right to use pre-purchased Kaltura REACH credit within a twelve (12) month period from the applicable Order Form Start Date, and in the case of purchases of annual REACH credit amounts, the right to use such credit amount shall repeat during each subsequent twelve (12) month period of the Subscription Term of Licensee's underlying Order Form term (each such period is referred to as a "Kaltura REACH Package Term"), provided that no Kaltura REACH Package Term will extend beyond the Subscription Term of Licensee's underlying Order Form term. Unused Kaltura REACH credit remaining after the expiration of the applicable Kaltura REACH Package Term will not be refunded or otherwise credited back to Licensee. Consumption of Kaltura REACH credit is calculated in USD, with 1 QTY of REACH credit equivalent to USD $1.00. Kaltura REACH credit may be purchased in other currencies at Kaltura's applicable exchange rate on the Order Form Effective Date. If Licensee requests more Kaltura REACH service media minutes than the available pre-purchased amount of Kaltura REACH credit, Licensee will incur overages at the rates specified in the REACH – Captions and Enrichment Services Pricing Addendum attached hereto. Overages will be invoiced monthly or quarterly in arrears, at Kaltura's discretion. Kaltura REACH usage credit and overage rates apply to all of Licensee's Kaltura accounts in the aggregate. REACH services are consumed in one-minute increments and media durations of less than one-minute will be treated as a full minute for billing purposes. Overages will be invoiced in Licensee's purchase currency applying Kaltura's standard applicable exchange rate as of the invoice date. Variations:

Per Seat: Includes video distribution, advanced reporting, API access, and Silent Testing capabilities where supported.

Per Active Device: Licensed using the Active Device Based License (ADBL) model. A device becomes active when it consumes video during a calendar month. Usage is measured based on active devices and may be subject to overage charges, consumption limits, and subscription-term restrictions as defined by the applicable license model.

Enterprise License: Requires at least an annual contract commitment on the total number of unique End Users contracted for Video Delivery, implemented using all Kollective Platform options (i.e., the Kollective Agent, the Browser-based Solution or the Edge Caching Node. The Enterprise license option includes unlimited deliveries for contracted End Users and a Partner Integration (if required) with Kollective IQ Analytics and unlimited network readiness tests in the Customer Self-Service portal.

Essentials License: Requires at least an annual contract commitment on the total number of unique End Users contracted for Video Delivery, implemented using the Browser-based Solution. The Enterprise Essentials license option includes unlimited deliveries for contracted End Users and a Partner Integration (if required) with standard analytics and unlimited network readiness tests in the Customer Self-Service portal.

Pay-Per-View ("PPV") License: Requires at least an annual contract commitment on the total number of End User Views, implemented using the Browser-based Solution. Each End User View will decrement one PPV license from the contracted total annual PPV licenses.

Live Encoder /VCI configuration – Review encoder or VCI configuration, make necessary configuration changes to align with output best practices.

Cue-to-cue / Dry run - Attending a Cue-to-Cue rehearsal to validate ingest stream health, and to ensure optimal viewer experience

Content Preparation - Upload content, organize content order and create polls.

During Event Deliverables:

Real-time Technical Support - A dedicated person will be available during the event to provide technical support for speakers, moderators and client personnel in real-time.

Post-Event Deliverables:

Post-Event VOD Trimming – Trim Start & End times of the event cloud recording
