The Kaltura Meetings support logs collect 3 main key items:
- The statistics from WebRTC concerning each stream.
- The Application logs recording the activities carried out in the room.
- The User-Agent logs that notes the devices, Operating Systems & browsers used by the users.
The support logs collect data from all room users (up to 25). If there are more than 25 participants, then logs will only be collected from the moderators and the individual who submitted them.
