Virtual classrooms showcase

Virtual classroom organizers who have been planning and managing multiple virtual classrooms may wish to "showcase" them to an audience of prospects. Kaltura generates a "Showcase page" that organizers can customize, share directly with prospects, and/or embed on their own website. Virtual classroom organizers can choose the specific virtual classrooms they want listed, thereby giving prospects a view of their "best" virtual classrooms in one single page. Think of it as a virtual classroom catalogue!

Change Showcase settings on virtual classrooms that are currently published to the Showcase page

1. On the Virtual Classroom Home page, click the three-button menu to the right of the virtual classroom you would like to showcase, then choose Change Showcase Settings.
   The Publish on Showcase screen displays.
   
2. Here you can click to slide the button to the left to unpublish the virtual classroom from the Showcase page, or you may leave the virtual classroom published, and click to select Highlight at the top if you would like to highlight/promote this virtual classroom at the top of the Showcase page.
   
3. Click Save Changes. You are notified that the virtual classroom was successfully published on the showcase. 

Publish a virtual classroom to the Showcase page

1. On the Virtual Classroom Home page, click the three-button menu to the right of the virtual classroom you would like to showcase, then choose Publish to Showcase.
   The Publish on Showcase screen displays.
   
2. Here you can click to slide the button to the right to publish the virtual classroom from the Showcase page and click to select Highlight at the top if you would like to highlight/promote this virtual classroom at the top of the Showcase page.
   
3. Click Save Changes. You are notified that the virtual classroom was successfully published on the showcase. 

Customize your Showcase page

1. On the Virtual Classroom Home page, click the Showcase button.
   The Showcase page displays with the Page tab selected as default.
2. Here you can customize your webinar showcase, including Page title, Page description, and Logo; you may copy your URL by clicking the Copy URL button; and you may publish any changes you've made by clicking the Publish changes button. You may also click the Visit Showcase link to be redirected to the actual Showcase page.
3. If you would like to embed your Showcase page on your website, click the Embed tab, then copy the code by clicking Copy code. On this tab you may also choose a Light or Dark theme for the embeddable version.
