If configured on your account, the Stage Monitor provides speakers with a dedicated display of selected Q&As and polls. Moderators use the Stage Monitor tab to manage which content speakers see and in what order it appears.

In order for the Stage Monitor tab to be visible, Thread on Air (TOA) must be enabled in C&C Admin. In order for polls to be visible, the enablePolls must be enabled in the C&C Admin.
Access the Stage Monitor
Select Stage monitor to open the Stage Monitor console. The console displays Q&As and polls that moderators have pushed to the speaker view. Speakers see updates in real time as moderators add, remove, edit, or reorder content. Poll results refresh automatically while polling remains active.
Share the Stage Monitor with speakers
Moderators can select Copy link to share access to the Stage Monitor console. Speakers must have moderator permissions to access the console.

View Q&As and polls
The Stage Monitor contains separate Q&A and Poll tabs. Each tab displays only items that have been added to the monitor.
Change display order
Moderators can select Change order, drag and drop content into a new sequence, and save the updated order. The speaker view reflects those changes.
Edit Stage Monitor content
Moderators can edit Q&As and polls directly from the Stage Monitor tab. Changes can then be saved or republished.
Remove content
If an item is no longer relevant, moderators can select Remove from stage monitor to remove it from the speaker view.
