The Share module lets you customize the options available in the share popup on media pages and controls whether the 'Share' button appears. While social sharing options are configured here, embed and oEmbed functionality is managed through the Embed and oEmbed modules, respectively.
Configure
1. Go to your Configuration Management console and click on the Share module. You can also navigate to it directly using a link: https://{your_KMS_URL}/admin/config/tab/share.
The Share page displays.
2. Configure the following:
enabled - Set to 'Yes' to enable the module.
socialShare - Choose which social networks should be available in the share popup. This includes the "Copy a URL" option for sharing media. Choose from the following options:
- Twitter ("X")
- Line
- URL
If no social networks are selected, no embeds are available, and there’s no content to display, the share button will not appear at all.
3. Click Save.
