The Custom Embed Code module enables Content Hubs/legacy Video Portal users to generate custom embed codes containing dynamic entry metadata such as title and description.
This module is available for both Content Hubs and legacy Video Portal.

Custom Embed Code
If your admin has enabled and configured the Custom Embed Code module, a new tab will be available on the Entry page. Here users can configure the embed's access level and easily copy and share the embed link as needed.
Content Hubs:
Log into your Content Hubs and navigate to a media's Entry page. If you need help logging in and accessing media, please follow the instructions in Log into your Content Hubs and My Media.
From the Actions menu, choose the new tab (named 'Custom Embed Code' by the administrator in our example below).
The Custom Embed Code window displays. Here users can configure the embed's access level and easily copy and share the embed link as needed.
Legacy Video Portal:
Log into your legacy Video Portal and navigate to a media's Entry page. If you need help logging in and accessing media, please follow the instructions in Log into your legacy Video Portal and My Media.
Click on the Share tab, then choose the new tab (named 'Embed' by the administrator in our example below).
Here users can configure the embed's access level and easily copy and share the embed link as needed.
