About
The Avatarvodstudio module enables Avatar Videos capabilities in Content Hubs and LMS Extensions.
This feature requires the Theming module to be enabled with the 'mediapage' feature set to 'Yes'.
Configure
1. Go to your Configuration Management console, and click on the Avatarvodstudio module. You can also navigate directly using a link: https://{your_KMS_URL}/admin/config/tab/avatarvodstudio .
The 'Avatarvodstudio' page displays.
2. Configure the following:
enabled - Set to 'Yes' to enable the module.
allowedRoles - Select the minimum role allowed to use the feature. Choose from the following options:
- privateonly Role
- admin Role
- unmoderatedadmin Role
- Specific users/groups
If you select Specific users/groups, the allowedUsers field displays.
- Click +Add "allowedUsers".
- In the user field that opens, click Select Users / Groups.
- In the 'Select users/groups' popup, enter a user ID or name, then click Submit.
Repeat these steps to add additional users.
3. Click Save.
