Kaltura stores the following user information:
- User identifier (unique ID)
- Application Role (e.g., viewer, admin)
- First and last name (optional, but recommended)
Once a user logs into the video portal for the first time, their record is created and can be viewed or managed by administrators in the User Management panel of the Configuration Management console.
Kaltura does not store users’ organizational passwords.
