Use the comments feature in media in Content Hubs

The Comments feature allows you to participate in discussions directly on a media page.

When comments are enabled, you can view existing comments and add your own from the Comments panel.

View comments

  1. Open the media page.
  2. Click the Comments icon below the player.
  3. The Comments panel opens on the right side of the page.

    If no comments have been added yet, a message indicating that there are no comments is displayed.

Add a comment

  1. Open the comments panel.
  2. Enter your comment in the comment field.
  3. Press enter to post your comment.

Your comment is added to the discussion and becomes visible to other users who have access to the media.

Reply to a comment

  1. Locate the comment you want to reply to.
  2. Click Reply.
  3. Enter your reply in the field.
  4. Press enter to post your reply.

Upvote a comment

Click the Upvote icon next to a comment to show support for that comment.

The number of upvotes is displayed next to the icon.

Filter comments

Use the available filters at the top right of the Comments panel to control which comments are displayed.

For example, you can use 'My items only' to view comments that you created or participated in.

Delete a comment

  1. Locate the comment you want to delete.
  2. Click the three dots next to the comment and select Delete.

Continue discussions after a live session

Comments can remain available after a live session recording is published.

This allows viewers to continue participating in discussions after the live event has ended.
