Use the RecScheduling module to configure scheduling for Lecture Capture recordings. You can allow live Lecture Capture recordings, control who can schedule recordings, and manage recording resources.

Configure

1. Go to your Configuration Management console, locate the Recscheduling module in the left panel, then select it.

The Recscheduling page displays.

2. Configure the following:

enabled - Set to 'Yes' to enable the module.

allowLiveLectureCapture - Set to 'Yes' to allow scheduling of Lecture Capture recordings with live broadcasting.

allowedUsers - Select the users who can schedule recordings. Selected users are automatically added to the RecordScheduleGroup group.

To add a user, click + Add "allowedUsers", then click Select Users and select the user.

exportResources - Click Download Resources List to download a list of the recording resources defined in your system.

manageResources - Click Upload a resource definition file to upload a resource definition file in CSV format.

additionalRootCategories - Add root categories that users can select as publishing destinations for scheduled recordings. Users who create scheduled recordings can view all categories under the selected root categories. This setting applies to Content Hubs publishing workflows.

3. Click Save.
