Enabling and configuring the Link to original video plugin allows a user who is playing a clip entry to easily navigate - with a click of a button - to the original entry from which the clip was derived.

Features
The functionality of the plugin differs according to the type of player you are using:
VOD player
- A reference to the original entry displays in the top left corner of the player.
- A Watch full video button to navigate to the original entry is available just below the reference. Depending on how your account is configured, when the button is clicked, the original entry either opens in new tab (default) or loads in the player.
- If your account is configured with the Link to original video plugin, the reference to the original entry replaces it.
Reels player
- A Watch full video button to navigate to the original entry is available just below the clip title. When the button is clicked, the original entry opens in a new tab.
Playlist player
- A reference to the original entry displays in the top left corner of the player.
- A Watch full video button to navigate to the original entry is available just below the reference. Depending on how your account is configured, when the button is clicked, the original entry either opens in new tab (default) or loads in the player.
The Watch full video button to navigate to the original entry will not display if:
- you don't have permissions to view the original entry
- the original entry is quiz
- the player is embedded externally
