Landing Page Share - Admin Guide

About

The Landingpageshare module allows users to share media content to external users. The sections herein will guide you through enabling and configuring the landingpageshare module.

This module is for both Content Hubs and legacy Video Portal users.

End user experience

Once enabled and configured, a new capability is added to the Entry page that allows users to share the video on socials and copy the public link. This capability is accessible on Content Hubs via the three dots actions menu > Embed, and on legacy Video Portal via the Embed tab.

Content Hubs users:

Once enabled and configured, the Landing Page Share option is accessible via the three dots actions menu > Embed on the Entry page.

After selecting the Embed menu item, the Embed screen is displayed for the user. The user may then click on any of the available socials to share or copy the public link.

Depending on the access control profile settings in the Adminembed module, the user may be able to allow external sharing for this entry via the Edit entry page > Admin Embed tab.

Legacy Video Portal users:

Once enabled and configured for legacy Video Portal users, the Landing Page Share option is accessible via the Embed tab on the Entry page.

The user may then click on any of the available socials to share or copy the public link.

Depending on the access control profile settings in the Adminembed module, the user may be able to allow external sharing for this entry via the Edit entry page > Options tab.
