OpenSearch Description (.osdx) files allow you to connect external data stores to SharePoint via the OpenSearch protocol. This file is an example that can be modified and imported to the federated locations in your SharePoint 2010 server to provide federated search results from Kaltura right in your SharePoint search center.
The attached archive file should be extracted (there is a single .osdx file in the archive) and imported according to the "Integrating Kaltura Content into the SharePoint Federated Search" section in the Kaltura Extension for SharePoint User Guide.
