Enable muted autoplay in the player

Enable this option to allow the video to start in mute mode when autoplay playback begins.

1. In the KMC, open your player, then go to the settings tab (look for the gear icon).

2. In the Playback options section scroll down to Fallback to muted autoplay.

3. Click the toggle to enable the setting.

4. Click Save at the top right of the settings page.
