Configure advanced conversation controls including call length, talk speed, and agent movement settings.
Navigate to the Advanced tab
Click on the Advanced tab.
Call length
Use the up and down arrows to set the maximum duration (in minutes) for each conversation. Call length can be between 1-10 minutes.
Talk speed
Drag the slider from slow to fast.
Agent movement settings
Use the relevant sliders to control how much the avatar moves while speaking and listening.
Remember to click the Publish button on the Advanced tab to publish any changes you've made.
