Publish, share & embed media

All uploaded media is kept private by default (unless your administrator has set it up differently), when you are ready to share it with others, simply publish it.

The Browse, Search, and Embed (BSE) tool lets you search My Media, Media Gallery, Shared Repository, and playlists, then embed media directly in rich-text areas like Assignments, Forums, and course pages in Moodle.

You might receive an invite link when a media owner wants you to access a Kaltura media entry such as a video, quiz, document, audio file, or live event.

As a media owner, co-owner, co-editor, or co-publisher, you can invite users to access a specific media entry, such as a video or live event.

A guest link lets media owners provide access to a specific media item (such as a video, live session, or room) to external users or 'guests'.
