Playback speed lets viewers control how fast a video plays, making it easier to watch content at their own pace.
Setup
To enable and configure playback speed in the player, see Manage playback speed settings.
Features
When playback speed is enabled, viewers can:
- Choose from the following speeds: 0.5x, 1x, 1.5x, and 2x.
- Change playback speed either from the player controls or from the settings menu, depending on how the player is configured
The selected speed is applied immediately and remains active until the viewer changes it or refreshes the page.
