Before you start

  • Your account must have Agentic Workflows enabled.
  • If you want to use REACH-based actions (such as captions, translation, dubbing, moderation, audio description, chaptering and metadata enrichment), your account must have an active REACH profile and relevant catalog item(s) configured.

Access Agentic Workflows

In the Rich Media CMS, click the Agentic Workflows button on the top navigation bar.

The Agentic Workflows screen displays.

Your previously created workflows are listed below the Create new workflow button.

Monitor workflow activity

Click the workflow you want to monitor.

The workflow page displays with the Overview tab open.

Click the Activity tab.

The Activity tab displays a list of workflow runs. Each row represents a processed media item.

The Activity tab shows information such as:

  • Item name
  • Date the workflow ran on that item
  • Overall workflow status
  • Link to the processed media (when applicable)

You can also:

  • Use the available filters to narrow the activity list by date range.
  • Click the Download icon to export the activity list as a CSV file.
  • Click the Refresh icon to update the activity list with the latest workflow status.
  • Click the arrow next to a workflow run to expand it and view the status of each action. This helps you quickly identify which actions completed successfully and which require attention.
  • Click the Go to media icon to open the processed media item.
