Administrators can allow users to share media content to external users. The following sections outline user capabilities.
This module is for both Content Hubs and legacy Video Portal users.

Landing Page Share
If your admin has enabled and configured the Landing Page Share module, a new capability is added to the Entry page that allows users to share the video on socials or copy the public link. This capability is accessible on Content Hubs via the three dots actions menu > Embed tab, and on legacy Video Portal via the Embed tab.
Content Hubs users:
- From the three dots actions menu on the Entry page, choose Embed
.
The Embed screen displays.
Click on any of the available socials to share, or copy the public link.
Depending on the access control profile settings made by your admin in the Adminembed module, you may be able to allow external sharing for this entry.
Navigate to the Edit entry page > Admin Embed tab and click the switch to enable.
Legacy Video Portal users:
- Click the Embed tab on the Entry page.
- Click on any of the available socials to share, or copy the public link.
Depending on the access control profile settings made by your admin in the Adminembed module, you may be able to allow external sharing for this entry.
Navigate to the Edit entry page > Options tab and click the switch to enable.
