Browser extensions and privacy tools that block third-party cookies or cross-site requests aren't supported and can affect playback, authentication, and some Kaltura tools. This includes DuckDuckGo browser extensions and browsers.
If you experience playback or loading issues while using one of these tools, disable it or add your Kaltura or LMS site to its allowed sites list.
