Introduction to Kaltura Meetings

Kaltura Meetings are web-based, virtual rooms built-in with practical meeting tools like the digital whiteboard, shared meeting notes, chat, breakout rooms, and media playlists that keep teams focused and engaged.

Kaltura Meetings are continuous, so they're always at the same link. You can prepare them in advance, meet, take a break, and pick up where you left off later. You'll still find your chat history and any video or file you had there before.

Brand your space, then launch it with a click. Send the link to whoever needs to join. All they have to do is click it, too. Connect in an instant. No downloads or installations. One click to come face-to-face with anyone, from any device.

Prepare and upload files and presentations, sort them into playlists and repositories and share them with others in the meeting. You can watch them together in HD.

Webcams have varying resolution from 160x90 to 320x180 to 640x360. Screen sharing is done at 1080p and can be downgraded to 720p. Recording is done at 720p. Video playback is done in HD as the original file from Kaltura and Youtube Videos that are uploaded to the app are played at 720p.

Meetings are automatically recorded and uploaded to the cloud for your eyes and your use only. You can edit, translate, and share them with colleagues who couldn't join and anyone else you choose.

Start your video meeting from anywhere and keep working the same tools you're used to. Meetings integrates into MS Teams, learning management systems, your organization single-sign-on (SSO), and more.
