Audience engagement is vital during your Virtual event. Kaltura encourages events organizers to offer attendees ways to interact with event speakers and moderators by asking questions, sharing ideas and more using the “Moderated chat” available in sessions and channels.
Moderators can be assigned in both different live or simulive sessions and channels.
To get access to the moderator view, make sure that the user (moderator) has been added as a “Moderator” by the Kaltura team.
