Refreshing your media gallery by removing outdated playlists helps keep your content up-to-date and engaging.
Access the edit playlist page
- Access the Media Gallery.
- At the top right of the Media Gallery, click the Actions menu and select Configure.
- In the left navigation panel, click Media gallery playlists.
- Locate the desired playlist, click the three-dot menu and select Delete.
- Click Delete to continue.
The edit page opens on the Details tab by default.
A confirmation message displays: Are you sure you want to delete the playlist ["playlist name"]?
This removes the playlist only; media entries aren’t deleted.
