Create and manage agents

You can create a new agent based on a preconfigured template, then customize it for your specific needs.

The Knowledge tab is where you control what your agent knows.

You can define your agent's role, audience, opening phrase, and topics it shouldn't discuss in the Playbook tab.

Set the title displayed on your agent site and choose how users interact with your agent. You can offer avatar interactions, chat, or both.

You can choose the avatar and voice your agent uses when interacting with users.

Suggested questions give users ideas for how to start a conversation with your agent.
