This article explains how profanity filtering works in Reach and where the list of censored words comes from.
Profanity lists in Reach
Each Reach vendor can use a different profanity list, depending on your Reach profile settings.
When captions or transcripts are generated, words that appear on the vendor’s profanity list are replaced or masked according to the chosen filter settings.

You can change which vendor’s list applies by selecting a different Reach profile.
