Once logged in, if you are a user on multiple accounts, you can easily switch between them. This article will walk you through that process.
Switching accounts
- Click on the pulldown menu in the top right corner of the screen. (Your pulldown menu name may vary from what is shown below.) Additional options display.
- Select Switch account. The Switch account window displays.
All accounts available to you are listed in the window. You can search for an account by name or ID. - Click on the appropriate account. You are redirected to that account and automatically logged into it.
If you have only one account, the Switch account button is greyed out and hovering over the disabled button displays a message as follows:
