Publish, share & embed media

When you upload media, it’s private by default and accessible only through My Media.

All uploaded media is kept private by default (unless your administrator has set it up differently), when you are ready to share it with others, simply publish it.

The Browse, search and embed (BSE) tool lets you easily search through your media, Media Gallery, Shared Repository, and playlists, and embed them on your page.

The new Theming-based embed tool (BSE) provides a great way to search for and embed media from My Media, Media Gallery, Playlists, and Shared Repository directly into rich-text areas such as Announcements, Discussions, and Assignments.

You can embed Kaltura Rooms directly into LMS content using the BSE (Browse, Search, and Embed) tool in Kaltura's LMS Video integrations.

You might receive an invite link when a media owner wants you to access a Kaltura media entry such as a video, quiz, document, audio file, or live event.
