Can I recover a previous version of a replaced entry?

Kaltura does not support version history for entries. After using the Replace Media option, the previous version is no longer available through the KMC.

In some cases, Kaltura Support can retrieve the last two versions of an entry using the entry investigation page in the Admin Console.

There is no no guaranteed support timeline or commitment for recovery of replaced entries. For critical media, always keep a local copy before replacing content.
