Administrators can add an announcement alert banner on the video portal for all users. The following sections outline user capabilities.
This module is for both Theming and non-Theming users.

Admin Announcement
If your admin has placed an announcement on your video portal, it will be displayed at the top of every page.
Log into your video portal to see the announcement. If you need help logging in, please follow the instructions in Log into your video portal.

Close the Announcement
You may close the announcement by clicking on the “X” to the right of the announcement.
