Your organization might ask you to agree to its terms before you add media to your My Media library. If so, a disclaimer appears when you upload a file, import a video from YouTube, or import media from a URL, and you need to accept it to continue.
The disclaimer appears only if your administrator has turned it on. It doesn't appear when you create Express Capture, Wochit Video, Interactive Video Paths, or Video Quiz media.
The options in your +Create menu depend on what's enabled on your site.
Accept the disclaimer when you upload media
- Go to your My Media page.
- Select Upload from the +Create menu. The Upload Media page opens with the disclaimer.
- Read the disclaimer, and then select Accept terms & conditions.
After you accept, you can upload your files.
Accept the disclaimer when you import from YouTube or a URL
- Go to your My Media page.
- Select YouTube or Import from URL from the +Create menu. The import window opens with the disclaimer.
- Read the disclaimer, and then select Accept terms & conditions. You can now import your media.
To go back without importing, select Back instead.
