Your organization might ask you to agree to its terms before you add media to the site. If so, a disclaimer appears when you upload a file, import a video from YouTube, or import media from a URL, and you need to accept it to continue.
The disclaimer appears only if your administrator has turned it on. It doesn't appear when you create Express Capture, Wochit Video, Interactive Video Paths, or Video Quiz media.
Accept the disclaimer when you upload media
- Select Upload from the +Create menu. The Upload Media page opens with the disclaimer.
- Read the disclaimer, and then select Accept terms & conditions.
After you accept, you can upload your files.
Accept the disclaimer when you import from YouTube or a URL
- Select YouTube or Import from URL from the +Create menu. The import window opens with the disclaimer.
- Read the disclaimer, and then select Accept terms & conditions. You can now import your media.
To go back without importing, select Back instead.
