Login to your content management site.

1. Edit entry metadata fields 

  • Navigate to the My Media repository 

  • Locate an entry you’d like to edit (you use the search bar, filtering, and sorting options to narrow down your search) 

  • Click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the entry result. 

  • Access the details tab 

  • Edit the metadata fields. 

  • Click save. 

2. Edit entry thumbnail 

  • Navigate to the My Media repository 

  • Locate an entry you’d like to edit (you use the search bar, filtering, and sorting options to narrow down your search) 

  • Click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the entry result. 

  • Access the thumbnail tab. 

  • Upload a thumbnail from your desktop. 

3. Upload a non-video asset to a channel 

  • Navigate to the All Channels repository 

  • Locate a channel you’d like to add a video asse to (you use the search bar and sorting options to narrow down your search) 

  • Click on the channel, then navigate to the Media tab. 

  • Click on Add to channel 

  • Click on Add New, then select Media Upload. 

  • Upload an image – cover photo from your desktop. 

  • Populate all meta date fields. 

  • Click save. 

  • Click on Go to Media.  

  • Click on Action, select Edit. 

  • Navigate to the attachment tab, upload the non-video asset from your desktop. 

 

4. Upload new video asset to a channel  

  • Navigate to the All Channels repository 

  • Locate a channel you’d like to add a video asse to (you use the search bar and sorting options to narrow down your search) 

  • Click on the channel, then navigate to the Media tab. 

  • Click on Add to channel 

  • Click on Add New, then select Media Upload. 

  • Upload a media from your desktop. 

  • Populate all meta date fields. 

  • Click save.
