Yes. Quizzes that have not been submitted may be edited including both Save (Trim) and Save a Copy (Clip). You can only Save a Copy  (Create a Clip) for quizzes that have been submitted.

No. The legacy Clip and Trim tools are Flash based and the new tools are Flash-free. Now that the Kaltura Video Editing Tools have been formally released, the legacy Clip and Trim tools are deprecated.

Yes.

The relevant parameters in these modules were migrated to the new KMS/KAF Editor Module in the Management Console.

Yes, the Quiz Module will remain intact. Note that both the Editor Module and the Quiz Module must be enabled for the Quiz to display in the Kaltura Video Editing Tools. If the Editor module is disabled, the Quiz module will not be displayed.

[collapsed title="Will the new Kaltura Video Editing Tools support clipping and trimming media with Captions?"]

Yes. Videos with captions may be edited, however, we recommend that you finish editing the captions on the source before taking any editing actions (both Save and Save a Copy). 
Note that for Cielo 24 Captions, after performing a Trim or when acessing the clip of such media, you will no longer be able to edit the captions using the Cielo caption editor. If you are using the Transcript Module, it will not display after the media has been Trimmed, or on a clip.

Clipping and Trimming of media with captions is supported for the following caption file types: DFXP, SRT, WEBVTT.
