How to add or remove tags to or from a KMC entry?

Tags are a non-hierarchical keyword or term assigned to an entry to help describe it and allow it to be found again through a search. 

You can add or remove tags to more than one entry at a time, but only on entries appearing on the same page of the entries list.

To add/remove descriptive tags to an entry

  1. Select the Content tab and then select the Entries tab.
  2. Click on an entry to open the Edit Entry page and select the Metadata tab.
  3. Enter the tags you want to add separating the different tags by commas, or click on the x to remove the tags.

To add/remove descriptive tags to multiple entries

  1. Select the Content tab and then select the Entries tab.
  2. Select multiple entires in the Entries list. Use the checkbox to select entries.
  3. In the Bulk Actions Drop Down, located at the bottom left of your screen, select Add/Remove Tags and then Add /Remove Tags.
  4. To add tags:
    1. Enter the tags you want to add to the selected entries, separating the different tags by commas.
    2. Click Save Changes to add the tags to all the selected entries.
  5. To Remove tags, select the tags and click Remove.
